1. Consent and controller
The user freely and knowingly gives consent to the Controller: Danil Maratovich Vakhitov, an individual applying the Russian Professional Income Tax regime (self-employed), Tax ID 021403045633, place of business: Ufa, email: support@yousorofinance.ru. Consent is provided through a separate checkbox during registration.
2. Data that may be processed
Name or display name, email address, internal account ID, IP address, User-Agent, session and cookie data, dates and times of actions; the selected sign-in method; Yandex ID or VK ID and profile data actually supplied by those providers; Robokassa payment identifiers, plan, amount, date and payment status; information required to issue a Professional Income Tax receipt; and financial records entered by the user. YousoroFinance does not store full bank card details.
3. Telegram integration
Telegram is a voluntary integration for an existing account, used to add income and expenses, execute commands, and receive service messages. It may process Telegram ID, username, display name, profile photo if supplied by Telegram, and messages or commands sent by the user to the bot.
Telegram integration is not a means of user authentication in YousoroFinance in the Russian Federation. Users located in the Russian Federation authenticate through methods that meet Part 10 of Article 8 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ.
4. Purposes and operations
Data is processed to create and secure the account, provide YousoroFinance functions, operate selected integrations, process payments and subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the service where analytics consent exists. Operations may include collection, recording, organization, storage, updating, use, anonymization, blocking, and deletion.
5. Term and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until its purposes are achieved, the account is deleted, or consent is withdrawn, unless longer storage is required by law. A withdrawal request can be sent to support@yousorofinance.ru. Withdrawal may make functions that require the data unavailable.
