1. The short version
Premium and Business are bought once for 1, 3, 6 or 12 calendar months. There is no automatic renewal and no daily charging: when the term ends, the subscription simply ends.
You can pay from the rouble balance or, where a package has a YOUFI price, with YOUFI bonus units. YOUFI and bonus roubles (Promo RUB) are not money: they cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for roubles.
Choosing record currencies (rouble, US dollar, euro, tenge, lira) is included in Trial, Premium, Business and Founder. On the free plan new records are kept in roubles.
Before you top up: if a payment that earned you bonuses is refunded or disputed through your bank, those bonuses are cancelled in the corresponding part, and purchases paid with such bonuses may be recalculated. See the Refund Policy for details.
2. General terms
These Terms apply together with the Public Offer, the Personal Data Processing Policy and the Refund Policy. If they conflict with mandatory requirements of the law of the Russian Federation, the law prevails.
3. Packages and payment
Before you confirm a purchase the plan, term, total price and the start of access are shown. The price and payment method are fixed at purchase; new prices do not change completed purchases. Having money on the rouble balance does not by itself create or extend a subscription.
A package is paid from the internal RUB balance or in YOUFI where a YOUFI price is published. Long-term discounts and promotions are shown next to the total price and are not combined with other promotions unless the interface says otherwise.
4. Multi-currency tracking
Choosing the currency of records, of reports and of new operations is available while Trial, Premium, Business or Founder is active. On the free plan new records are created in roubles and the currency pickers are inactive.
If the right to choose currencies ends, existing records are neither deleted nor recalculated: they keep their currency and stay available, including when edited. A new record is created in roubles. Saved currency settings remain, but can be changed only while the right is active. Currency choice becomes available again when suitable access starts.
Totals and analytics in one currency use Bank of Russia rates for the relevant date. Rates are for reference and are not an offer to exchange currency. The service does not carry out currency operations and does not accept payments in foreign currency.
5. RUB balance and YOUFI
The RUB balance is used only to pay for YousoroFinance services. Real prepayment (Paid RUB) and bonuses (Promo RUB) are recorded separately even when one total is shown. Paid RUB is spent first, then Promo RUB. The balance is not a bank account, e-wallet or independent payment instrument; transfers to other users and settlements with third parties are not provided.
YOUFI are internal bonus units, not money or electronic money. They have no guaranteed cash equivalent and cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for roubles. A package price in YOUFI does not give a right to exchange units for money.
6. Top-up bonuses
A confirmed real top-up of 250 ₽ or more earns 6 YOUFI per rouble within a base of up to 5,000 ₽ over a rolling 30 days: at most 30,000 YOUFI. If the limit is partly used, only the remaining base counts; the whole amount paid always goes to the RUB balance. Plan multipliers do not apply to this bonus. The preview in the interface may change by the time the payment is confirmed.
For an invited user: 30% Promo RUB on the first three successful top-ups within 90 days of registration. Each base is up to 1,000 ₽, the bonus up to 300 ₽ per payment and 900 ₽ in total. Promo RUB cannot be withdrawn, is not refunded as money and is not part of the base for bonuses on real top-ups.
For the referrer: 2 YOUFI per really paid rouble within the invitee's first 5,000 ₽ of top-ups in the first 90 days: up to 10,000 YOUFI. No plan multiplier applies.
Bonuses are granted provided the payment is confirmed, not refunded and not disputed. If a payment is refunded or disputed, bonuses are adjusted under the Refund Policy.
7. Tasks and invitations
Task reward multipliers: Free ×1, Premium ×1.5, Business ×2.5, Founder ×5. Each reward keeps the rules and right that applied when it was granted. For one-time tasks of the invitee the referrer receives 80% of the base with their own multiplier; for daily, weekly and monthly tasks 20% of the base with their own multiplier, only in the first 90 days after the invitee registered.
The invitee receives 1,000 YOUFI after confirming the account. The referrer receives a separate 1,000 YOUFI once if, within 30 days, the invitee confirmed the account, completed onboarding and made a server-confirmed action: an opening balance, an income or an expense. Confirming an email alone is not enough. Earlier welcome bonuses are kept.
8. Insufficient balance and terms
If funds are short, the service offers to top up exactly the missing amount via Robokassa. After the payment is confirmed the prepayment reaches the balance and the purchase is checked again. If it cannot be completed safely, the money stays on the balance and you can choose another action or ask for a refund.
A package runs from its start (inclusive) to its end (exclusive). The term is counted in calendar months keeping the anchor day and allowing for month ends. A repeat purchase creates a future period after the current one. At most one current and one future period are allowed at a time.
9. Changing plan and cancelling a future period
Premium → Business: after a separately confirmed calculation of the surcharge for the rest of the period; the end date does not change. An upgrade with YOUFI needs a separate offer and calculation: the ordinary package price does not give that right. Business → Premium does not end an already paid Business: Premium starts after it.
A period that has not started can be cancelled in the interface. The cost is restored by the original internal method, keeping the sources Paid RUB, Promo RUB or YOUFI. This is not a card refund and does not turn bonuses into money. A period that has started is not cancelled this way.
10. Trial, Founder and end of access
Trial is a separate one-time temporary right for 7 days with Premium features; it is not bought as a package. Founder is a separate lifetime right at Business level on the terms shown before purchase. While Founder is active, purchases of Premium and Business for roubles and YOUFI are unavailable.
When all rights end, extended features become unavailable regardless of the scheduler. Your financial data is kept under the Personal Data Processing Policy and is available again within a suitable right.
11. Fair use
Bonuses and rewards are for people who actually use the service. They must not be obtained through abuse: artificial payments followed by a refund, "top-up — refund" chains for bonuses, several accounts of one person, inviting yourself, bypassing limits or other ways that do not match the purpose of the program.
If this is found, the Operator may refuse to grant, cancel bonuses and rewards obtained without grounds, suspend spending of bonuses while it checks, and restrict participation in the bonus program. This does not limit your right to a refund of really paid money in the manner and on the grounds provided by law. You can dispute the decision through support and will receive an explanation of the calculation.
12. Refunds and mandatory rights
A refund or chargeback cancels the Promo RUB and YOUFI created by the payment in full or in the refunded part. Related bonus rights and surcharges may be causally adjusted under the Refund Policy; bonuses are not deducted from a money refund as a cash value. Independent purchases and completed tasks are kept. Balance, bonuses and technical status do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
